I’m a Nutritional Therapist with a special interest in Breast and Gynaecological Cancers.
In 2014, at the age of 40, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. From my early 20’s I had lived a relatively healthy lifestyle, so this came as quite a shock. The following 12 months were challenging. The situation I found myself in made me question my mortality and my aim was to improve my lifestyle. My initial thoughts were to make continuous small improvements to my daily living. My own results and experiences inspired me to want to help other women and this path led me to qualifying as a Nutritional Therapist.
Following my qualification, I encountered Integrative Oncology and dedicated six months to specialised training under the guidance of Dr Nina Fuller-Shavel, focusing on a holistic approach to cancer care. I am continuing my thirst for knowledge by attending Dr Nina’s mentorship group where we confidentially discuss current cases from our own clinics.
My practice is based in Elstree, Herts, UK. Additionally, I provide online support to clients from various places around the world
